At Odd Future, we want you to be stoked on your gear; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, stick it on your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
